Thank You, For Your Love.
Reposted from November 2018 More Than Enough Newsletter
Well, it’s hard to believe that More THAN Enough has been in print for a year. This is our 13th Edition. To God be the Glory for the great things that He has done. I want to express my deep appreciation to God for giving us this platform to speak to you about some of the most prophetic events of our day.
God birthed More THAN Enough to be a written expression of His Glory. This is a forerunner publication geared towarrds forerunners. We are striving to bring you timely, relevant teachings straight from the heart of God.
As you can see God has given us a brand new look. Pastor Barbara felt in her Spirit man that gold should be the color for our first anniversary.
Gold has a lot of prophetic significance. Let’s explore some of the things that are neat about gold. Did you know that gold is mentioned in the Bible? Did you know that God wants us to buy gold from Him? This doesn’t mean natural gold but spiritual gold. This spiritual gold
is used to develope our character in Christ.
“I counsel you to buy from Me
gold refined in the fire, that you
may be rich; and white garments,
that you may be clothed, that the
shame of your nakedness may not be
revealed; and anoint your eyes with
eye salve, that you may see.”
Revelation 3:18 (NKJV)
Did you know that your faith when it is found is compared to be more precious than gold tested by fire?
“6 In this you greatly rejoice, though
now for a little while, if need be, you
have been grieved by various trials...
that the genuineness of your faith,
being much more precious than gold
that perishes, though it is tested by
fire, may be found to praise, honor,
and glory at the revelation of Jesus
1 Peter 1:6 - 7 (NKJV)
Gold in the Bible means - glory, divinity, kingship, eternal deity, foundation, altar, beauty, precious, Holiness, Majesty, righteousness. The Bible mentions gold in the beginning (Genesis). The Garden of Eden had a river flowing out of it that fed four other major
waterways (the Pishon, Gihon, Tigris and the Euphrates.
10 Now a river went out of
Eden to water the garden,
and from there it parted
and became four riverheads.
11 The name
of the first is Pishon;
it is the one which
skirts the whole land
of Havilah, where
there is gold. 12 And
the gold of that land is
good. Bdellium and
the onyx stone are
there. 13 The name
of the second river
is Gihon; it is the one
which goes around the
whole land of Cush. 14
The name of the third river
is Hiddekel; it is the one
which goes toward the east
of Assyria. The fourth river is
Genesis 2: 10 - 14 (NKJV)
The Pishon flowed into a land called Havilah, where there was great quantities of high quality gold (verse 11). Amazingly, the prophetic book of Revelation refers to gold no less than twenty-two times! It will play a major role in End Time events.
The seven lampstands made from the metal are referred to three times (1:12,
1:20 and 2:1).
Jesus, in a vision, revealed the book’s prophecies to John clothed in a girdle or band made of the metal (1:13).
Other references in this prophetic book include Revelation 4:4, 5:8, 8:3, 9:7, 9:20, 14:14 and 17:3 - 5 (which references a woman riding a beast).
God has made an investment in us as His people and He sees us as more valuable than gold. To God you are precious to Him. You are valuable because of your love and relationship with Him. I want to thank my wife, Kathryn, for her grace and patience as I tested the many color schemes each month. My zest for colors caused her to shake her head many
times over the past year. I am color-blind but I didn’t let that stop me. Fortunately for you all my most interesting color schemes found their way to the cutting room floor. SMILE.
I want to thank Dr. Asgede Hagos of Delaware State Universities Mass Communication
Department for helping me draft and construct our first edition. It was for a grade in my Techniques of Layout & Design Class. This has definitely been a joy to put together.
We consider it an honor to serve you with this publication. On behalf of all of the author’s who have been presented here, I say thank you for your faithfulness and interest in More THAN Enough. Without your continued support and interest in the teachings and prophecies that are featured we would not be able to continues this works.
I remember when I asked Pastor Barbara if this is something that the Church could
use and her reply brought a smile to my heart. She said that God had placed it on
her heart to do this. I was excited and have been excited ever since.
I want to thank each and every contributor. Pastor Barbara Lynch, Rev’s. Brett and
Nancy Connell, Rev. Elaine Betts, Rev. Astrid Sherrif, Sis. Theresa McGinnis and our
dearly departed Rev. Larry Lynch. Thank you for allowing the Lord to use your gift
to bless the Body of Christ.
And final thanks goes to Thomas Johnston and Team at the Ricoh Copy Center
at Delaware State University. They have always given us a fair price and treated us
well. I look forward to working withing them in the future.
May God continue to bless More Than Enough.
